Wp Beverages – Pepsi Community Scholarship

WP Beverages is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of high school seniors and college undergraduates through the annual WP Beverages – Pepsi Scholarship Fund.
The purpose of the scholarship is to reward community scholars, dependents of employees, and part-time employees who look to further their education and are passionate about creating a better future through school and community involvement, leadership, and citizenship.
Ten individuals throughout the communities WP Beverages serves will be selected by Scholarship America to receive a $1,000 one-time scholarship award.
As part of our commitment to education, five graduating seniors or college undergraduates who are either a dependent of a WP Beverages employee or are a part-time or seasonal employee of WP Beverages will also be eligible to receive a $1,000 one-time scholarship.

Noah Beck
South Dakota State University
Noah attended Huron High School, where he was the Huron Youth Leadership Council Vice President and Community Boards Liaison, and the Student Council Vice President, FFA Vice President, and NHS Vice President. He participated in All-State Band, Chorus, and Orchestra. Noah is currently Chapter Secretary for the National Association for Music Education at South Dakota State University, and a member of the Pride of the Dakotas Marching Band, SDSU Concert Choir, and Civic Symphony. He is also the Social Media Coordinator for the SD Collectors Club and the Western Dakota Antique Club.
Ananya David
University of Wisconsin – Madison
Ananya was recognized as a National Merit Finalist and graduated as an AP Scholar with Distinction. While in high school, Ananya was a member of the National Honor Society, President of the Chemistry Club, and President of Bay Port Tutoring Connections. In her free time, Ananya participates in equestrian competitions. She is pursuing degrees in Biology and Data Science, with the hopes of attending the School of Pharmacy.
Paige Dragovich
Northwood Technical College
Paige was awarded the Girl Scout Gold Award in 2022, the highest honor within the Girl Scouts of the USA organization, that recognizes Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts for making positive changes in their communities. Only 5.4% of Girl Scouts earn this prestigious award. She graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2022 and is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing from Northwood Technical College.
Lindsey Eis
University of Wisconsin – Madison
During high school Lindsey was a part of the National Honor Society, HOSA Future Health Professionals, FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America), Student Government, Youth Apprenticeship, and the Rising Phoenix Program through UW-Green Bay, which allowed her to graduate from high school with her associate’s degree. She also participated on the soccer, dance, and swim teams. Lindsey is pursuing a degree in Biology from UW Madison.
Megan Gille
Gustavus Adolphus College
In high school, Megan was an Academic Scholar and was awarded the Herb Kohl Scholarship, recognizing student excellence, leadership, citizenship, school and community involvement. She was a member of National Honor Society and was voted the captain of her gymnastics team. Megan is still participating in gymnastics, including as a youth coach and mentor. She is majoring in education and plans to become a teacher.
Aurora Hines
University of Wisconsin – Madison
Aurora is entering her fourth year at UW Madison where she is earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, and Certificates in Pilates and Athletic Healthcare. She has been on the Dean's List every semester of college and is currently serving a four-year term as the Dance Department Student Organization Representative. Aurora has spent the last two summers touring with the Kids from Wisconsin, and will be joining the Wisconsin Singers in their 57th year as a principal singer and dancer.
Max Johnson
South Dakota State University
Max was recognized as the top 1% of graduating seniors in South Dakota and was named the World Language Student of the Year. He received the American Legion School Award and Billy Michael Student Leadership Award, and was chosen as the Exchange Club student of the month. Max was a member of both the National Honors Society and the Spanish National Honors Society. He plays piano, organ, and saxophone and plans to participate in the SDSU marching band in the fall while pursuing degrees in Political Science and Spanish.
Owen Korb
University of Minnesota – Twin Cities
Owen graduated Summa Cum Laude from high school and was named a “Gallon Graduate” through the Community Blood Center in recognition of the number of times he donated blood. He was the National Honors Society President, Drumline Lead, and a three-sport varsity athlete in cross country, swim, and track, voted the swim team captain for three years. Owen received the Conductor's Award from the Fox Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra, and was a recipient of the John Phillip Sousa Award, recognizing the top students in high school band for superior musicianship and outstanding dedication to music. In the fall, Owen will be attending the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where he will be pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering.
Abigail Kropp
University of Nebraska – Kearney
Abigail was an AP Scholar and received Academic All-State honors in her high school career. She was the co-founder of her high school recycling club, Treasurer of the National Honor Society, and a member of the Governor volleyball team. She also volunteered her time as an advanced Gov to Gov mentor. This fall she will be attending the University of Nebraska – Kearney and plans to pursue a degree in health sciences with the hopes of one day becoming a chiropractor.
Cecelia Madison
Carroll University
Cecelia graduated from high school with honors and is on the Dean’s List. She is a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteering her time with the youth in her community. In her free time, Cecelia enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and being outdoors, and reading. She is currently working towards a degree in exercise science at Carroll University.
Connor McNamee
University of Wisconsin – Green Bay
Connor graduated from Southwest High School with High Honors in June of 2024. During his time in high school he played varsity tennis all four years, along with joining the Spanish Honor Society in his junior and senior years. He participated in a dual-enrollment college program through UW-Green Bay in his last two years of high school, which allowed him the opportunity to earn enough credits to obtain his associates degree of arts and sciences. Connor will be attending the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in the fall and is planning to pursue his bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Brody Pagels
University of Minnesota – Twin Cities
Brody will be attending the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in the fall where he will be working towards a degree in business and marketing. He enjoys golfing, staying active in the gym, and spending time with his friends and family. Brody is currently working full time to support his postsecondary education.
Emma True
University of Wisconsin – La Crosse
Emma is currently attending the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where she is pursuing a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology. In her first year on campus, Emma worked as an Eagle Guide for UWL, assisting students during Student Advising Registration and Transition (START) in the summer, and New Student Orientation in September. In her role, she helped new and transfer students get acclimated to life on campus and helped them make connections with other students. Emma also worked as a Lead Eagle Guide, hiring and training new Eagle Guides for the upcoming school year. Emma served as the President of the Colleges Against Cancer club, and is a member of the Nuclear Medicine Technology club, and the Radiation Therapy club. She is also a UWL Vanguard, representing the student body during campus tours, college fairs, and high school visits, recruiting high quality students to the University.
Madeline Vogel
South Dakota State University
Madeline graduated with highest honors from Mitchell High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society. She received varsity letters in cross country, track, power lifting, and volleyball, and was honored with the NIAAA Scholar Athlete Recognition Award. She is currently employed as a CNA at a nursing home in Mitchell and in her spare time she likes spending time with family and friends, and being active outdoors. Madeline will be attending South Dakota State University this fall with hopes of earning a degree in human biology.
Allison Wettstein
University of Wisconsin – La Crosse
Allison was named to the Dean’s List in her first two semesters at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where she is pursuing a degree in biology. She is currently working as a certified nursing assistant at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay and when she’s not at work she enjoys spending time outdoors.
